As I continue to seek The Lord for guidance, I realized that upon every time He wakes me up; there is a new opportunity for working on the purpose that He has given not only to me, but to everyone who has received Jesus as Lord and Savior. When looking around over the past three days, I have encountered so many people that I know, some I haven't seen for a while and some I have. There is nothing by chance and I am in awe of what happens when The Lord puts people together with similar interests and a familiarity with each other; some from past childhood connections as well as family relationships.
In this new year of 2024, I am praying for more divine clarity of exactly what has been assigned to me for this journey that I have been traveling on for almost 69 years. I am ready to take a giant leap of faith and fulfill some long overdue dreams. With The Lord, aging does not not stop anyone from succeeding; therefore, I encourage everyone who reads this blog to start putting those dreams into realities. As we commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday today, may we remember that he too had a dream and many of us have lived to see the fruits of his labor and the dedication to God and to this nation as he stood on the standards for righteousness, justice, and freedom to make changes that impacted so many lives for the better. Despite the prejudices that are still among us, we have overcome many battles because we have a Savior that fights everyone of them.
"...Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's." [2 Chronicles 20:15]
The Holy Spirit is speaking to us in many ways to bring clarity of what we must do before Jesus returns. We are getting closer to the end of what we have been accustomed to and the time has come for us to become more intentional with spiritual ears like never before so that our souls may embrace and feel the rhythm of God that will cause us to leap for Joy. Magnify The Lord and give Him Glory for allowing your anointing to flow with an ability to declare and decree great purpose and reward from above over your lives and those of your loved ones by becoming more heavenly alert. When we begin to open ourselves to the nature of God's Divine Order, then we will have insight of what He has planned for this generation; more importantly in this present year of 2024. I leave you with this scripture as a reminder: "And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it." [Habakkuk 2:2]
