TIMING

Time is something that everyone is concerned about and throughout the day, you may find yourself thinking "Will I have enough time to do...finish this...?"

After a birthday and you see yourself changing and growing older, then this may bring on more anxiety about what you haven't accomplished. However, when you look around, remember to be thankful for the time you have had and find something that reflects successes (start with small things - i.e. getting up 20 minutes earlier, going for a walk, eating healthy, etc.).

There is always something to be grateful for, but easy to get sidetracked by looking at what others have done; do not get overwhelmed with these thoughts. Stay focused on what you are able to do and speak positive words ("Death and life are in the power of the tongue" Proverbs 18:21) in your life and you will be amazed at what transpires. Our thoughts and actions sets the atmosphere; remember this before you speak.

We are at the crossroads for how times will be different as a result of COVID-19. For many years, we have been introduced to gradual shifts and within a short period of time, these shifts have become fast paced that brought on new trends. We can only be certain of one who never changes over time: "Jesus Christ the same yesterday and for ever." [Hebrews 13:8] JESUS is the ultimate planner, purpose maker, and time keeper.

"And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas; and God saw that it was good." [Genesis 1:10]

If you are reading this blog and have had some doubts if you should continue with your belief in The LORD or never accepted JESUS CHRIST as your LORD and SAVIOR, I pray that you take a moment to pause. Think on some situations that seemed impossible, but turned around in a critical hour of need in your favor.

You heard of catastrophic disasters, but everyone survived. Do you wonder why you don't feel the movement of the earth, how water makes up a large percentage on the earth ("about 71 percent of the Earth's surface is water-covered, and the oceans hold about 96.5 percent of all Earth's water"), yet hasn't consummed us when there are rising tides, and when looking in the mirror the image we see is a person that once was an embryo. How are these occurrences possible?

Please turn off your intellect, rationalization, and scientific justifications. I challenge you to tap into your inner self, stop everything, start talking to The LORD, listen and wait for an answer from Him.

Everyone needs A Savior whether realized or not and His time is not like ours ("But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years, as one day." 2 Peter 3:8); therefore, wait patiently for a response. "Wait on the LORD; be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD." [Psalm 27:14]

"And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea." [Revelation 21:1]

May you make each day noteworthy, enjoy what you have and those you have in your life, take time to reflect, pray, and count your blessings. God Bless You Always and May you receive this blessing for your life as The Lord instructed Moses and Aaron (and unto his sons) to pray over "the children of Israel." The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace." [Numbers 6:24-26]

Love-in-Christ,

Apostle Joni A. Kindell
